im doing up a bunch this weekend ive had frozen since the soft water season. looks like the skin is still on in that pic? you normally leave that on or is that still to come off before cooking? ive always taken it off, just wondering if i really need to be.

I call them "bunny ears" as that is how I was introduced to them. really can't beat beat them and the cheeks. I usually do them up and take a plate around to the neighbours, I think they can smell me coming, as they seem to always be home with big smiles when I get there.
