I tried on couch this morning and called it 30 mins after setting up. No snow on the ice to properly seal the hut up, it was brutal. If anyone saw the dumba$$ in the red popup, it was likely me Lucky it didn't take any damage.

Perchin has been slow on couch for me though, not much to report...

Yes to windy and no snow cover for a popup....

Got out Monday and it was an absolutely beautiful day for fishing. Had to move once but found the perch. Lots of dinks with the odd good one caught. kept enough for a meal and had a great day.

I have Dave and I’m heading up on the 11th.
It was extremely cold when I went. We managed 26 walleye one pike and one herring.
The highlight was 6 keepers. Outside lines were the money for the most part with the bite in the hut was between 5:15-5:45 pm.
Watched the AFC/NFC playoff games.
