1 perch at 8am. 1 at 2. That’s it. First one was a doozy. Hope others fared better.

Thank you. And he’s not a little kid. We thought we hit the mother load on the first stop. But nothing after. She is swimming to make babies that will hopefully grow even bigger!! Thanks again.

That’s how it goes sometimes atleast ya got a tanker for a pic. What was the water temp yesterday ? With the cold nights this week they may have pushed out deep , especially if you were fishing in the morning.

We had a similar issue on Friday. The week of cold weather turned them off I think. I watched grown men having temper tantrums on their boats all day.

Very nice perch your son has got!
Sorry to hear that you had limited success. It was a tricky day with very low wind and bright sun so the perch was a bit spooky in shallows
Friends have been there yesterday as well and did good in the area with many boats around .
Launched at Sibbald's with parking lot being full fast in the morning.
They said live minnows fished very slow were the ticket yesterday and all sorts of plastics, even scented were ignored for the most part.

Hi. Thanks for the comments folks. Water was 45. We fished out of Pefferlaw mostly 25 foot range. Did check out the shallows in Georgina - lots of boats but looked like similar results.

Great to have a nice photo of the tank at least. Very nice colours on the fish and nice sky.
