If there is a river or creek on that lake, try where the lake flows out in the shallow water. The inflow area will be colder water than the outflow area. Don't forget about the regulations up there. Some spots are off limits at certain times of the year.

Only panfish/catfish/whitefish are open in that zone at the moment. Starting mid May, i will fish a nearby waterfall that's great for pikes and walleyes. Will share any catches with you all.
