for myself, I prefer the cohos.........2-4 pounds and some of the smaller less tha 10 pound salmon, but i used to do the bigger ones especially in the spring bbq or smoked If your just doing it once per year......nothing wrong with keeping what you get

Amazing as always. The fillets are amazing and yes Longshank is a master with the blade.
