The big ones will be out tonight and tomorrow high up in the water. They will be chasing the 11 to 12 inch perch, as well as almost the same size walleye 12 to 14 inches. Musky will be swimming 2 inches above the weeds, brushing the weeds with their tail. Perch and walleye come up to check what disturbed the weeds and musky has a free easy meal. To anybody fishing for musky in the next two days I recommend a real quick jerky and shallow cast right on top of the weeds. As for Chad, he doesn't need my input. By Sunday he should have a big muskie picture to show us. I wish I could get out there and fish the next two days because the walleye will be as active as the musky. Perfect weather for fishing and I am stuck here...... HUMBUG.
