Lake St Clair, tough day

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 2370 Member No.: 15901 Joined: April 12, 2018	Well made it out to the lake yesterday, probably one of my last trips as the fish seem to have moved on. Time to change locations I managed a limit of small ones, most of the other boats I talked to had 2 or 3 between the 3 on the boat. The only other limit was a guy who was also solo fishing,

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 2370 Member No.: 15901 Joined: April 12, 2018	Smallest one I had to use the fish stretchers to get to 15" (I only keep them 15 to 20" if I can help it) longest was only 17". I personally like them in the 18" range. Small ones like these are baked in oven served on a bed of white rice. Otherwise I pan fry or deep fry, go back and forth. The perch were all given to land owner who lets me hunt his bush, he really like perch
