Not bad for 2 hrs fishing on G Bay. Lost a bunch more, incl 1 good size wally, from having barbless hooks and no net. Except that one, all the bass were quite big----no little runties like we catch in Muskoka/Haliburton.

No. G Bay has many more islands so the shelter from the winds is good for most areas. We have done quite a few trips out there. It is our fave area. Spectacular scenery and very few people, esp compared to Algon for e.g. Lots of bass in most coves

Actually 2 dinners. The other 3 trippers couldn't hold their own on the first night so we have enough for 2 of us the next night---not complaining, eh?
