Well , we made it back up again and spent first 3 days with the whole family which was great...

then they left and wife and myself had it to ourselves, also nice

we saw lots of wildlife

also went fishing almost every morning and evening when weather allowed ....we had it all from very cool night temps of 9 and days of 19 to 31 and t-storms we just take it all in.

I spent some time fishing and learning a new bay there and it was really good for the most part

on quiet evenings I went to spots to jig for suspended lakers and the did not dissapoint...
best time was 7-8.30 pm this time I did use a stinger hook, but no damage done and all trout were released as they were too big for my tastes

we ate rock bass instead and I tried 1 13 inch smallie for first time in years since it was hoked to deep to release

some pics to follow

Quality time on the water ĹS. Glad you caught variety of fish. I do believe there are 11 loons. A must try area if so many loons were also fishing I guess. Well done!

nice pictures, nice having family, but also nice to have some quiet times as well. that rock bass looks pretty tasty. I will also keep RB as I find them as good as perch.
