We’ll sort of , technically I only own the land around it.
We have a river that runs through our property behind our house. There’s a section about 400yds long between a concrete lake dam, and a big beaver dam. Yesterday afternoon I slid the canoe in for an hour or so. Took two rods, a topwater frog on one and a Texas rigged tube on the other. In an hour I got 25 bass from about a pound to 3 pounds, lost several more and spooked about 20 others. The water is ultra clear, so I could see most of the fish hammer the tube swam through the weeds, or the frog on top. It’s amazing how many fish are packed into this one little stretch is water. Doesn’t hurt that it’s about 100yds from the back door either, and I own all the property along both sides of it.
