Barrie doesn't like outsiders, it would seem.

It all started a year or two ago at the peak of COVID. You'd have thought they would have got rid of it by now.

That's ridiculous though 10 bucks an HOUR to park a vehicle. Maybe 50 bucks max for an entire day lol

Yes, parking plus $10. to launch. Unless you have a handicap card, then it's free.
What's so terrible about the launch? I've never had a problem there.
