Wow! That was nice tasty haul! What you are using to catch them?
Yes I've been eating my share of Crappies and cooking up a few here and there for some seniors that I cook for in a residence. I only use tubes and jig heads Sometimes I troll for them with the larger 2.5 inch tube, but mainly prefer to drift fish with the 1.5 or 2 inch tube.My colour preference varies from white or chartreuse.
Very well done DB! Indeed a stellar season you are having.
Those of us who get through covid with mild symptoms are lucky I guess. Glad to know you were able to fish a lot with it.
Second your technic to use small tubes. I tried it a couple of years ago after reading your reports carefully and it did change my results. Thank you.

I had a couple of M300s sitting on a shelf that I had bought off Kijiji a few years back. Last winter I got the urge to take them apart and re-lube. I used them a few times since. I intend to use them again this year There is a certain beauty in their simplicity. (I am scared to take apart my Shimano Stradic lest I not get it back together again.) There is quite a devoted following for these reels on the web
