It's Coming, Ice on Couchiching

Drove up Hwy. 11 today to go to a square dance and there is ice on the North end of Couch.

I certainly wouldn't want to go on it, but it is a start.

Fingers crossed we'll get some ice soon.

I haven't fished Couch in a long time - I found the perch to be wormy. I've heard the last couple of seasons they were pretty clean. Maybe it's time to head back to my early season haunts.
