The MTO contracted out highway upgrades on Hwy 64 including the north Nipissing bridge at the narrows where people park to access the ice in the winter. They extended the bridge railing on the south east side to within 16 yards of the mailbox this week effectively boxing in the parking area to a narrow access. Should be a dogs breakfast come ice fishing season for people with snowmobile trailers. Then there's snow plowing.....Feel free to complain to the French River municipality....
