Hey guys just wondering if anyone can tell me what the fishing is like in portage bay, more specifically is there ling there at night?

Fishing has always been considered good over in Portage. I have never targeted Ling in Portage but I am sure right at dark and through the night they will be there. Minnow right on bottom is usually the trick. Very light bite so a tip up is not a terrible method.

Ling are everywhere up there and yes, most nights you can't keep them off your Spreader Stick.
