Seen a single guy out there not too far from shore mid week last week. Wondering if there are more huts out there and if so, how far out are they? Any info appreciated 👍. Thanks

Thanks for the update!

Nobody with machines will go out from Willow Beech this year for whitefish!

Look at the this week above normal temperatures!!

Maybe we could go to K.Bay.......from Barrie.

Was fishing closer to orillia today for whitefish and had lots of ice far out , met a fish n wildlife worker on my way back to car collecting information about fish caught , she told me there was quite a few people out of willow beach that did good yesterday. Where i was today 2 kms from shore near orillia was 6-8 inchs of black ice , lots of fish took only 1 home.

Unfortunately with this warm temperatures this week we are not going to make much safe ice!!

In my life NO FISH worth to go through in that COLD and DEEP water and also loose all my gear.
