And while I got parking, minnows and taxi from Taj, since there were no more hut available (I didn't reserve anything in advance:-), and it was a warm sunny day, I fished in the open:

We spent the day at Casey's yesterday...a few perch, a couple of keepers and a herring. Such a good guy...on the way back he picked up a woman walking back and only had room for one and told her partner that the next sled would pick him up. Great too see...my favourite operator by far...going back whenever I can.

Very nice jumbos! Enjoy the tasty catch.
I don`t see any snowmobiles out there only ATV. I need a few inches snow on top in order to go out there with my sled. Because that is the ONLY way I could go out and pulling my heavy gear.......lol...
And The forecast looks line NO SNOW coming but only warm temperatures!
Now I have to wait for the next season.........Open water!!
Taj always have a great service!! The best operator in Port Bolster area!!

I did see quite a number of snowmobiles on ice yesterday off Port Bolster such as the one on below pic. Also there was a CO officer on snowmobile all over the places on the ice checking on everyone....
