Great looking hot pot spread, my friend added some sliced walleye fillets with hot pot recently and said it was delicious. Did you try any of the lake trout you caught with the broth?

Yes I did try some fillet of the freshly landed small lake trout with the hotpot. And it is indeed delicious:-)

I’ve tried with whitefish and pike before, will have to try lake trout fillets for hot pot next time as well!
