> Sunday laker, Not the big one, but…

This morning I went back to where I lost the big one last weekend. I found his younger brother. Picked up a dead sisco off bottom. I fed a bunch of line into the hole once I noticed my switch moving a bit, and then set the hook
- I knew right away it wasn’t the big one that taught me a lesson last time. Maybe tomorrow. This one was 25” and 6lb.

Trout nuggets for tonight’s dinner baked in the oven…
A bit of lemon juice and pepper, sit a few min, rolled in seasoned flour, then dipped in beaten egg and milk mixture, and finally rolled in coating - top half of baking sheet is panko, bottom half corn flake crumbs - both came out equally delicious

Maximum capacity of my baking sheet turns out to be a 6 lb laker
