I had another visitor that day as well ....a FB buddy Dave also stopped in at the hut.....It was a great Simcoe/Taj day.

I took some pics of filleting them this time. Maybe it will show or encourage those thinking of buying an electric knife for doing fish. I will post them in another thread.
