Thank you! I would be it there is even more ice now. Thinking of heading up from Ohio next week. We have no ice and only have gotten to ice fish three times this year.

No guts - just knew how much ice is there, I was first out as far as I know on Dec 16th. And i've camped on it 3 times this year so far. But have been fishing on Simcoe the last four weekends now hoping to put a burbot topside and a laker. I finally figured out the Whitefish enough to get my daughter on one!
I'll finish up on Rice after the hungry spring pike I imagine. Lots of cold nights hopefully the shore stays intact.

Its nice to see kids out there,I have 2 grandkids myself and when I can get them out on the ice or boat its a joy...REALLY NICE TO SEE THEM SMILE AND BE HAPPY
