what a great read
really nice fish, congrats
I'm looking at the bait and I would say both are smelt as the mouth/jaws on the one you are holding appear way to big for a herring, but it's not the best pic in terms of it being partially digested

I fished both as well. Later evening Saturday, Sunday morning couple hours each day...3 side anchors was enough. Lakers Marked and chased, missed an epic battle under the hole, missed two solid bites..Then I forgot about stingers on tubes...any one use them aol the time? I also felt like the fish were deeper then this spot I found. Low pressure make them go deeper? Tia Great read, and work mykola
