Got out again today and walking was much easier since the top crust was completely frozen. I followed my tracks from Saturday, looks like the water got blown over and froze. The wind was constant but the sun was out. Only seen about a dozen people out. I went out deep again 40+ feet. The fish were biting good for the morning and some biggies came cruising by until 12pm. Just about everything I threw down the hole worked, had to change things up to get the bite going again. I dropped my chrome/blue ripping rap and it bounce right into the hole, goodbye $10. Worked out to about $2/fish. I wanted to get another meal of fish for GoodFriday just in case I don't get out again. The ice was starting to make some noise, so get out while you can and enjoy the bite. The best today were over 12".

Two good outings of perch. Too bad about your lure though. Thanks for the perch reports.
