Double Ds strike again, Perchin

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 4018 Member No.: 315 Joined: February 23, 2011	The double Ds ...dbfish (Dale) and steelheader (Dave) ganged up on the perch on Thursday .... Dale has had some major surgery recently and I,ve had a few set backs recently so this pair of recuperating old guys pressed on for our annual perch quest...Dale was looking good and in fine form when it came to landing the yellow bellies .. Landed between 250 and 300 ..kept 49 Fish were caught on small power baits and the old float A great day as always with Dale.. seems when were fishing together the fish gods smile on us,, lots of fish and great company Only have the one pix at end of day so Ill ask Dale to post some more with his comments .. Perch filets ...YUMM

We sure raised a few eyebrows on the river Bank with our continuous onslaught of Perch.Had more than one or two shaking their heads in disbelief,lol.The healing process had begun the day before with my first Crappies of the season.I only have one more thing to say..FCK..Cancer!!! Lol

You said "OLD GUYS" so I am just quoting your words. A while ago Dale told me to get out there and fish when my shoulders hurt so bad that I could not really do anything. So I went fishing like he told me to. It hurt, but I kept fishing. Thank you Dale......... I am only 59 years old. Thank you to "ALL THE OLD GUYS" out there. You have better fishing tales, better pictures, better perspective, and some of those old fishing tales may be quite tall. LOL. Thank you to "ALL THE OLD GUYS" for inspiring me. You guys set a good example to follow. Keep the good advice coming to all of us that may look to you "OLD GUYS" for enlightenment.
