I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is a place that does swap meets for boating and fishing stuff? I have a few things and I hate kijiji with a passion….thanks Kevin G…

Hmm I've never had anything but good luck and stuff gone within the day or so. I just undercut everyone else and want it gone asap over money, for me no point in being the "I know what I got guy" 😆 unless I had nothing but time and patience.

I've had pretty good luck with Kijiji as well. Typically gone in a day.
- Take lots of pictures - Don't double the price in prep for a haggle. Only raise it like 10-20%. People want to haggle, but if you raise it way too much, then you'll turn off a lot of serious buyers. - Vet your buyers. If they try to undercut you just flat-out say: I get that you want a deal, but I also want a fair price. Let's find a fair price that makes sense for both of us.. how about this $__. Don't waste your time on anyone who doesn't respect your side of the transaction. - Don't promise to keep things for people. Tell them, first come, first serve. You can haggle online if they must travel far, but deciding on a price doesn't keep the item around if someone else comes quicker. - Be nice and welcoming. Someone may get anxious to meet with you if you aren't welcoming, even if you both decided on a deal.

I got my set up on kijiji. 12 ft tin with 2 year old merc 9.9 for $1850. No way could have found it at that price anywhere else. Use it from time to time with other stuff now. Alot of rif raf time wasters, but things still get sold eventually.
