Hi my friends,
Sure glad to be back at it.Looks like I will be off work for most of the summer,YEAH!!! Of course everything comes with a price.
I will require one more surgery and then the skies look clear.
Enough of that,Crappie fishing again,sometimes you hit them and sometimes you have to work your backside off for a few.I had both scenarios on my three outings this week.All Crappie were caught on a 32 jig head and tube.
Remarkably on my three outings I only came across 4 other fisherman.Cant beat this type of shore fishing.
Normally I would be out on the Pike and walleye opener,but the weather has been nothing short of stupid! I certainly won't complain when Crappie fishing is at its best.

Some people think you can't catch crappie on a cloudy or cold or rainy day. Crappie love the rain. Good job on getting out there and in the wet weather. Enjoy your fish. You are the Crappie King.

Lmao,thanks Jamie,you know you are right there as well!!I remember catching my first Crappie, 51 years ago on Key river! It never gets boring.lol
