Out 5 am this morning from bluffers, today it was busy a ton of boats out
7am rod went off a small king, nice table fair. 20 minutes later another this one got off mid way. Then it just died down , we only got another rainbow on the surface while we were setting up. Fished till 2:00 pm and could not move a rod. It was quite rough. South east wind 4 -5 foot rollers

Was out too a Bluffers, must of seen me. Ya it was rough esp for one guy. Made it out to the drop and figured might as well drop a line. Line was down so let the waves take me west. Had a knock off but nothing struck. Struggled to reset the line made it to infront of the plant. Contemplated popping the rod when off it went. Landed a 15 lber pack up the gear and headed in was back at the ramp by 8:30am. Hope it settles down as heading back out tomorrow. Marked some good fish just over the drop.

Nice , we marked a lot at the drop as well mostly 60-75 feet down in 100-110 deep. Did you use spoons ? Lot of people were long lines out on planers

Tomorrow is supposed to get worse, wind is shifting north east blowing up to 20 Kms. By noon . It was nuts as there were guys out in small 16 foot tin cans, even saw a pair of guys in a small inflatable out there.

Dropped a J-plug down 82, was marking a lot in that 70-90 range just over the drop

well sunrise lake was flat save for a bit of a ripple. Fish though were off. Had one on for a bit but it was an LDR. Wind kicked up around 9:OO and was off by 10:00 am.

Was out yesterday as well from Whitby. It was a tough bite all around. 4 hits only, 2 in the boat, 18, and 8.

Today was a different story though. 15 hits, 10 in the boat. 21.5, 20, 19, 18, 18, lot of teens. Waves kicked up to 5 footers with whitecaps (not swells.) I braved it in my 23 footer and had no problem until the current started at 1.0mph+ After 12pm, I had two trolling speeds, either 3.5mph or 0.8 mph.. so that was it.. Lots of pan pans and rescues. People need to respect Lake Ontario.
