The storm only dropped 4 or 5 inches of snow. Heading to Callander Bay tomorrow am and can give you an actual update after that but I expect it will be okay for slush right now. Might be a couple inches in places but not likely any more than that.

Hey Jason! Was out there yesteday south shore of nip. Slush is not bad at all. With the winds, a lot of snow blew off the lake. Walked pretty far out with no issues. Heading out again today to check it out.

Lots of feedback for Callander Bay. Does anyone have a gauge on the ice conditions at DWP? Thanks in advance!
Talked a gent yesterday night coming off at Centennial Park in Callander. He snowmobiled from Callander to DWP fished all day and snowmobiled back at end of day. Said he had 8 inches black at DWP and no slush. Take it for what it's worth as not first hand info. Although I did see him in the morning heading that way from Callander.

Well the lake we wanted didn’t end up having enough ice for our liking so we headed back south and ended up fishing a different lake for the day. Got the ol skunkaroo unfortunately and didn’t camp out with this storm coming not knowing how much snow would fall on the ice we were on,but may try a different lake today.
