The attached is from another social media site that supposedly happened on Callander Bay Today.

There is a lake effect storm watch tonight through Wednesday morning. 20 to 35cm possible.

This week is calling for very cold temps in most regions. This should put a smile on all hard water fishermans face..... finally.
This is exactly what the hut operators needed, albeit way too late.

There has been many incidents of going through ice this year already. Like the article said, many factors affect ice. No ice is safe ice. Wear a floater suit and bring all the proper safety gear. I hate hearing the sad stories year after year.

For what it’s worth yesterday I was on 10 inches of ice and today it was 9” of ice. About 5-6 inches of snow on top of that.
