It's "Simcoe Angler Bait Shop Inc", in a plaza right off HWY 11 northbound just prior to Line 7 Exit

Same plaza as the Schnitzel Haus restaurant. Knowledgeable staff, good selection and prices.

Good food and large portions. The last time I was there there was a sign stating that they were not open every day through the week.
