Today ice fished the lake in Muskoka, and landed 3 lakers, and one whitefish (and lost a whitefish at hole)

Nice fish. Yup, it's that time of year when the feet (and legs) may get a bit wet if you want to get on the lake ice. Maybe the colder weather coming later this week will solidify that access ice again.

Nice catch!
Just get some of those old float devices that you put around your biceps and the shore won’t be too hard…

Holy crap James you are the original Mr. Diehard….much respect for your tenacity……and congrats on the fish and a good report. I am on my annual trip to Ireland and looking forward to digging the kayak out of the shed and test the rigging to make sure she is good to go for when needed. Back on April 21 and have a salmon charter booked for April 30 in Owen Sound. Tight lines friend.
