I've never had the opportunity to fish for crappies from my boat before.

I'm curious to know if there are crappies in the Port Bolster area, or if it's primarily perch that can be found there.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Don't think so. Been fishing there for years and just perch, catfish, herring generally.
Need to go to scugog for crappie. Friend says there's crappie south end of cooks bay
though near Holland river.
