Ok park one is open and as far as i can see not charging yet..the launch is still a mess lots of sand and current, might be best to have a buddy with you to make launch doable.. no channel markers yet ..nancy island no docks yet , current, apparently the launch at sturgeoan has some problems also, boats are putting in but two guys make it easier...

Why are the lake levels so low this spring Georgian bay and Lake Huron? Even our rivers inland look super low this spring , I thought all that snow melt would help but it looks lower than it was in the fall

Most of the snow Northern Ontario got was lake effect snow where moisture was picked up from Superior and Huron. I saw a report on it saying the lakes level would be low because of this as Superior and Huron water shed had a low precipitation winter. Remember we are talking about the entire area of Huron and Superior. Some small regions got more snow but over all the accumulative effect is poor.

When do the channel markers usually go in? With the water down so low I imagine it's gonna be pretty tight at the mouth this year... was gonna try and get out this weekend but having second thoughts now
