Of interest , here in Wasaga we have two rescue boats , one fire dept and one opp..watched the fire dept at nancy ramp..its a mess ,low levels, broken concrete, uneven with sharp drop , saw them again at park one which in my opinon is the only choice...
Question...In the event of an emergency how will our EMS boats get out from the mouth, their not jet drives...
Solution IMHO..Drege the dam mouth and get the markers out !!!!!

agree water so low this year and still going down. Local marina doesn't have the deepest channel asked a neighbour about it as they keep their pontoon boat there. She said 3 feet is the deepest that they can get out trimming the engine up, but all the big boats will not get out. She said that they are going to dredge the channel which they did years ago when water was low. They only dredge it out to fit 2 boats barely.

Seems to be a solid route out from the mouth now, not sure why it’s not marked yet though, I watched the seadoo rental lead boat go out the mouth into the bay and back a few times pretty fast

Only got out for a couple hours today but launch went fine!
Way too windy to get onto the bay so I trolled the river with a mix of rapalas hoping for a pike, only had bass hitting though, June can’t come soon enough!
From the mouth to the first bridge seems to be about 6-8 feet
Had to restart my old merc a few times while out there, didn’t have my battery with me so no electric start… ended up being quite the workout haha, but otherwise I’d call it a successful trip!
