Well i got out in the canoe today around 12:30pm and fished to 3PM landed a couple nice fish and lost 3 i started fishing the shore line with no luck so i knew i had my work cut out for me started to move to deeper water fishing with the Lake Troll added 3/8oz to my troll and 70 feet of line out trolling at 1.7 to 2 mph. It was the ticket today they were deeper !!!!

They taste really good the meat is dark red and the lake has a rock bottom no weeds and very little sand/mud bottom. I find the lakes with the mud bottoms give a different taste.
