Hi folks, I know it's a long shot but was looking to rent a fishing boat in stoney this Saturday but every place is booked up. Are there any private boat rentals?

I made a couple calls, but the only boat I found was at Kawartha Adventure Rentals. It's a pontoon and a bit expensive to rent. If you are rich you can look it up. My friends said everything is very booked up this year, around the Kawarthas. Maybe try a different lake, for a boat rental. Hope you have some luck.

Many year (20 + yrs) ago, Stoney lake was one my favorite fishing lake.
I always rented boat there, cause I didn't have my own boat that time.

The following were ones I did rent boat from, or called and got price quote from.

Kawartha Park Marina
Burleigh Fall Lodge
Viamede Resort
Wantasa Resort

Thanks Gents.

I will just go another day.

FYI had a great day last Saturday. The weather was nasty with a huge chop, that being said the fish were triggered.

Happy fishing everyone and don't forget to catch and release

Was on Buckhorn, trolling a channel in about 20ft...most of the bigger fish I marked were actually suspended in about 10 ft under so switched from a bottom bouncer to mid depth crankbait, only caught 3 all day but this one was actually my PB

Glad to see you using those crankbaits. Congratulations on the PB walleye.
