kayak fishing for laker....

Had not fished for a while as I had a one-and-half-month trip to China, and only came back earlier this month.

Then kayak fished "MY" lake in Muskoka this past weekend early in the morning and for four hours, and landed two lakers around 50 fow, all on vibrato.

Didn't find any whitefish. Not sure where they are hiding this time of the year!:-)

Holy crap James where you been....I have been wondering if you were ok as you have not posted anything for quite a while. Suffering from withdrawal symptoms here. Good to see you our catching. I hope you had a great time in China.

Thanks! And yes, the new THULE roof rack recently installed on my new car (Volkswagen GLI) works great, with the only problem: The car'sunroof can no longer be opened:-)

Thanks, and yes I like my new car a lot (see pic above), a Volkswagen JETTA GLI with manual transmission, much better than my previous JETTA (with more power, and of more pleasure to drive:-)
