Had s few more days at the trailer. Did some fishing mostly catch and release some were breakfast. The weather has finally settled down to a better temperature. I think the fish are still for the most part in hiding….lol…..smart fish. Will post a few pics, starting with a beautiful foggy sunrise in Matchedash Bay, exiting my trailer park channel.

I also brought some Rainbow and some Chinook Salmon with me that was caught in the Spring in Owen Sound this year. Here is the Rainbow done with some taters and carmelized shallots on the grittle.

Here is the Chinook salmon along with asparagus, caramelized onions. I also had a sliced tomato, but it did not make the picture. Also done on the griddle.

Pictures look great, food looks great and the hat looks great Arnie. Thanks for posting, I miss not fishing, but it can't be helped for now. Might even miss fishing the August full moon. I am sure those dinners you had tasted good. Good luck on your next adventure.

Thanks Jamie and Ralph.

I am headed out to BC in a couple of weeks but have a Owen Sound charter booked for the first week in September.

I checked a spot near Midland this past week and usually the salmon are already there staging but never marked a one.
