This fish was probably the best fish I have ever eaten. Tender, juicy and tasty. The shallots also helped its flavour........grilled on the Blackstone in butter. The buns toasted on the Blackstone with butter melted into them.......damn that was so good. I was only a couple of pounds. I saved one side for tomorrow.

I will never throw this size back again.

Those are great eating at that size! Congrats! Not a bad way to prepare it either - I'll have to give that a try next time I keep one.

Yum!

Now try one over an open fire.... it'll be like back country brookie shore lunch, which IMO is the absolute best tasting meal of fish one can enjoy in these parts.
