A small Lake Trout caught in Owen Sound, I will never toss one of these backagain

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 3936 Member No.: 10648 Joined: January 17, 2016	This fish was probably the best fish I have ever eaten. Tender, juicy and tasty. The shallots also helped its flavour........grilled on the Blackstone in butter. The buns toasted on the Blackstone with butter melted into them.......damn that was so good. I was only a couple of pounds. I saved one side for tomorrow. I will never throw this size back again. Arnie
