I got out steelheading today because they were calling for mild temps and light winds. I started around 10 and in the next hour I foul hooked four fish that slipped the hook almost immediately after hookup. I decided to change the spoon colour to a five of diamonds and got bit on the second cast. After a great fight I landed an eight pound hen. Over the next three hours I landed five more.. all big, bright beautiful fish . I lost two more as well that came unbuttoned at shore.

Fillets
I'm actually curing some Georgian Bay steelhead right now that a friend of mine caught this past November. Your fillets here are an even deeper orange.
