Hey everyone,
I'm not looking for anyones personal honey holes and what not, but I'm hoping for some tips and to be pointed in the right direction.

I'm camped on the big east river until next weekend. I have a nucanoe classic with an electric trolling motor. I've fished the big east with some-what success on some smallmouth, but I'd like to broaden the horizon with some walleye, maybe some pike.

I'm thinking about Lake Vernon maybe? Or if anybody could suggest a different lake with some hints instead that would be welcomed too. I don't have my fishfinder with me.

Casting, trolling, and also willing to put forth some jigging aswell if I can rig up an anchor of some sort.

I'm camped at Silver Sands.

Thanks in advance,
Cheers.

Im not totally familiar with the area either but a tool i use to search an area is fishonline it shows every lake and what species are in it there is even a report section where people can submit what they caught usually a good indicator of what's in the lake. Plus you can search by species or within a specific area or fishing zone very helpful when your trying to find new water.
