Administrator Group: Admin Posts: 173 Member No.: 1 Joined: February 08, 2011	Courtesy of Longshank Got tired of chasing bows and browns and needed a quick perch fix. 3 of us easy limits of perch up to 12 inches with 10-11 being average.

I'm not a big fan of them, but they are fun to catch. Not Erie.....sorry can't give exact location as this one has produced for us for years and no one else there. Hope you all understand.

I think White Bass and White Perch are different species, but closely related. Anyway, I have caught "Silvers" on Lake Erie, the western basin of Lake Ontario (while casting spoons off the piers for salmon and trout), and in the Bay of Quinte. I have caught large ones as FF said, nearing 2 lbs.. Good eats when deep fried with yellow perch..
