World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 1962 Member No.: 952 Joined: December 10, 2011	I have this week off work, so I decided to give the lower Niagara river a go for some shore fishing. Got there just before sun up fished till noon. Had one on for about 15 seconds. Still better than work! And I just had a sweater on! +9C. Crazy! Going to give it another go on Wednesday. Cheers!

It was great to meet you and sorry we didn't have any luck on Saturday. I guess I should have tried my original spot first but it may have been even colder with the NE wind that was blowing that day. I'm still trying to fish our ditch and get a steelhead. May try again tonight if it stops raining. I'm off from this Friday to Jan 2 so if we decide to head down your way or to Niagara, I'll send you a post.
