i hear they have put up signage that says there is only limited parking (3 hours). is this on hadden rd? i'm from out of town and was wondering if there is a safe place to park around the area? also if anyone close by has room for a couple vehicles to park for a weekend let me know, i would be very greatful and generous as well...thnx

Yes, there is only a 3hr limit on all streets around the area. Parking enforcement is out. I wouldn't think there is much ice left.

VB has 4" of ice yesterday and was breaking down quick.

By 3pm there was 2" of good ice and rest was grey which means there is water in it.

There was a crack 35 ft off shore that was 1" at 9 and 6" wide at 3pm.

All operators there have pulled thier huts.

The is no safe ice anywhere on the lake now and will likely be all open or broken up by Monday,

Staff off.

As for the parking, they can ticket you but there are no sign's indicating that.

Park at your own $30 ticket risk
