I agree with you muskybait. They also say that many of the fishing staff are guides. I find that extremely hard too believe with the knowledge I was given from them .

I found that LeBaron on Woodbine and hyw 7 have reasonable price suits. I picked up my HH suit for $275 and my brother who fits in a XS got his Mustang suit for $305. They have the Alantic Class Mustang suits for about $375. Same suits at Bass Pro for $50-$100 more. But how can we put a price on safety!

You can't put a price on your Life or safety on soft or hard water, during the summer or winter. So if a floater suite cost $500 or $1000.00 I think your life is worth more than that. But you have to use common sense as well. If your not sure about ice thickness just call up one of the Hut operators in the area your going to fish if your walking. Cheers.
