Adult Trout Group: Members Posts: 255 Member No.: 667 Joined: May 06, 2011	Got a new smoker for Christmas and in need of whitefish to smoke. Nothing beats a large chunk of smoked whitefish and a couple of pints. Looking forward to the hard water season on Simcoe to get me some of those big whities.Its a new masterbuilt 40 inch propane smoker could easily handle 4 whities at a time. Lets go cold weather Steelhunter

On lake simcoe? Sounds like you need to bring a buddy with you to catch and keep 4 whities to put into your smoker;-)
