Hi Large Mouth Bass or LMB (no, I mean LBM, sorry can't resist:-)

I don't think ice off Beaverton or around Thorah island is quite ready just yet. I'd wait another week or two.

Right now perhaps your best shot would be off Virgina Beach or Port Bolster.
