Also went out this morning and have to say today was one of my best days ice fishing!.....We were hammering nice 8-10 inchers all day and also some big boy 12 inchers!. The ice is 7-8 inches thick.

Was out too and I must say it was quite decent. Brought home a couple of meals and let 150 go to get bigger for next time! No herring today. Ice was about 8 where I was, didn't have to move much which was nice. Got a new auger and broke it in with two holes. With the wind and fine snow blowing accross it made for and interesting walk in.
