Do you mean Cooks Bay?

There will be a few safe locations by next Friday.....Just have to wait till Wed/Thurs to know where exactly.

If you are referring to Friday the 25th, then you should have lots of time to watch the weather reports and read postings by locals through the week. I encourage you to do this on a daily basis as the ice conditions can change daily these last couple of years. It's been cold for a couple of days now, building ice but then yesterday it was warm and rainy, melting ice. Today is extremely windy, brieaking up the ice. The temperatures for the coming week are cold, really cold but if its windy or snowy, that doesn't guarantee great ice. Stay tuned and just keep reading. Ask questions as they arise. But as for ice conditions, you probably shouldn't have to create a posting if you just read what's being written. It's probably already here and up-to-date.
