ATV from P.B., How far out?

Parr Trout Group: Members Posts: 51 Member No.: 985 Joined: December 19, 2011	Well I finally got a day off to fish. I want to head out from Casey's in the morning. Just wondering how far out We can safely go on a quad. Any feed back would be great. Haven't been out yet. Rick

Alevin Group: Newbies Posts: 10 Member No.: 1468 Joined: February 10, 2012	We drove out yesterday (Wednesday) on the Honda. A good solid 9 inches of ice, but didn't go farther than Casey's huts. Reports of thinner ice past the huts? Didn't want to test the limits?? There should be another few inches of ice by Friday, but don't tell anyone I told you. Got about 20 small perch, each, with a few jumbos thrown in. Another guy limited out, according to Taj.
